Exhibitor Furnishings and Services Order Forms
Dear Exhibitor
The Toronto International Antiquarian Book Fair is fast approaching, with move in and set-up scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 28.
Thus, we ask that you consider what booth furnishings and other services you will need in order to complete your booth display. Your forms must be at our office no later than September 30, 2011.
All booth furnishings are to be ordered through Gadsden Promotions Ltd. Parking, Janitorial and Communications services are to be ordered directly from the venue, Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC). Both sets of forms are attached here.
We wish to remind you that it is important for our planning that you return a booth diagram showing where you wish furnishings to be placed in your booth. Diagram forms are included in the forms package.
